Your plan on every athlete's Garmin, with their own paces and zones
Plan a session once. Athelista sends it to each athlete's watch, adjusted to them, and brings the finished run back next to the plan.

How it works
- 1
Athletes connect once
In Athelista, each athlete connects their Garmin or COROS account. Garmin users allow workouts to be sent to their watch. - 2
You plan as usual
Write the workout for a group or one athlete: warm-up, intervals, recoveries, cool-down, with pace, heart-rate zone, heart-rate range or cadence targets. - 3
It lands on the watch
The next 7 days of planned runs go to each athlete's Garmin calendar, with paces from their pace group and zones in their own heart rates. Change the plan and the watch updates. - 4
Runs come back
When the run finishes, Garmin or COROS sends it to Athelista. It links to the planned workout, and you see planned vs. done, laps against intervals and time in zones.
Questions
Which Garmin watches work?+
Any Garmin watch that supports structured workouts from Garmin Connect, which covers the Forerunner, Fenix, Epix, Venu, Instinct and Enduro families, among others.
Do COROS watches get workouts too?+
COROS runs sync back into Athelista today. Sending planned workouts to COROS watches is on the way.
Why does my athlete's watch show different heart rates for "Zone 2"?+
It won't with Athelista. We send each zone as the athlete's own heart-rate range, so the watch and Athelista always agree, whatever zones are set on the watch.
What about Strava, Apple Watch or Polar?+
Strava doesn't allow coaches to see athletes' data from it. Apple Watch support is planned with the Athelista mobile app, and Polar and Suunto after that. Until then athletes can upload FIT, GPX or TCX files.
Is my data shared with Garmin?+
Only the planned workouts athletes choose to receive. Athletes can stop sending workouts, or disconnect their watch, at any time.
