Messages keeps one conversation per athlete, plus your announcements.
For coaches
Message an athlete
- Open Messages and pick a conversation, or pick a name under All athletes to start one.
- Use Search athletes to find someone.
- You can also tap Message on an athlete's page or on a Needs you item.
Type, then tap Send (or press Enter).
Send an announcement
- Tap Announcement.
- Under To, pick a batch or All athletes.
- Write it, or tap a ready-made line such as "Session cancelled today".
- Tap Send.
Each athlete gets a notification. Replies come back into each athlete's own conversation with you.
Good to know
- Everyone on your team who can message athletes sees the same conversations. Messages from other staff are marked Staff.
- Front desk staff can message athletes too. See Team and roles.
For athletes
Open Messages and write to your coach. Coaches usually reply within a day.
Announcements are one-way. To answer one, write to your coach in your own conversation.
Notifications
New messages always show in the app. To get an email as well, turn it on in your notification settings. See Notifications.
