Your coach may track fees in Athelista. You pay your coach the usual way, by UPI, cash or bank transfer. No money moves through Athelista. You just let your coach know, and they confirm.
See what you owe
Go to Account › Payments. For each coach you see the fee plan, the amount and your status:
- Due or overdue, with the month.
- Waiting for coach to confirm, after you tell them you've paid.
- Paid, or Paid till a month.
- "No fee set by your coach" if they don't track fees here.
When a fee is due, Today also shows it under the things that need you.
Tell your coach you've paid
- Pay your coach as usual.
- Tap I've paid (on Payments, or on Today).
- Check the Amount and pick which month it's For.
- Pick how you Paid by: UPI, Cash, Bank transfer, Card or Other.
- Add the UPI or bank Reference (optional) so your coach can match it, and a Note (optional) if you like.
- Tap Send to coach.
Your coach checks it and confirms. Then the payment shows Paid and you get a receipt. If they can't find it, it shows Not received. Check with your coach.
Receipts
Your payments are listed under each coach. Tap Receipt on a paid one to see it. Tap Print or save PDF to keep a copy.
Good to know
- Your coach can also record a payment for you, for example when you pay cash.
- Receipts are not tax invoices.
