Your coach sees whether you did each workout. Most of the time your watch does this for you. When it doesn't, you can do it yourself.
Done
If your watch is connected, the activity is matched to the planned workout on the same day and the workout is marked done on its own.
No watch? On Today, tap Done on the workout. On another day's workout, tap Did it without a watch? Mark done.
After a workout is done, pick How did it feel?: Easy, Good, Hard or Very hard. Your coach uses it to read your training load.
Marked done by mistake? Tap Undo. (If an activity is linked, unlink it instead. See Link activities to your plan.)
Can't make it
For a workout from your coach, on Today:
- Tap Can't make it.
- Pick a reason: Work, Travel, Forgot, Unwell, Injury or Other.
- If you pick Injury, also pick where it hurts. Your coach gets a pain alert.
- Optional: pick a day in the next week to move it to. Days that already have a session say "has a session".
- Tap Tell (with your coach's name) to mark it missed, or Ask to move to (with the day) to ask for a move.
Missed on an earlier day
Open the day from the week circles on Today. Tap Missed, pick why, add a note if you like, and tap Mark as missed. Changed your mind? Tap the × on the Missed label, or Undo.
Ask to move
You can also tap Can't make it? Ask to move under a coach's workout on another day, pick the day and add a note.
- While you wait, the workout says "waiting for" your coach. Tap Cancel to withdraw the request.
- If your coach approves, the workout moves to the new day.
- If they decline, it stays on the planned day.
Good to know
- Your coach can also cancel or move a whole session. Today then shows "No session today" or "Session moved".
- Cancelled workouts don't count as missed.
- Your time zone in Account › Units & time sets what "today" means and when a workout counts as missed.
