Progress shows how your training is adding up. It has two tabs: Stats and Activities.
Stats
Pick the time span at the top right: 4 wks, 12 wks, 6 mo or 1 yr.
- Goal race: your next race and countdown, or your result. See Races and results.
- Season: your training blocks and weekly target. See Training blocks.
- Weekly km: one bar per week. The line shows your longest run, and the dashed line your usual week (the 4-week average). If you only do gym, this shows weekly training time instead.
- Time in zones: how this week's running time splits across zones 1 to 5, and how much of your easy running stayed in zones 1–2 (aim for 80%). Tap the ? next to Edit zones to see how yours are worked out. See How Athelista works out heart-rate zones.
- Fitness · fatigue · form: see below.
- Records: your fastest 1K, 5K, 10K, half and full, found inside any run. See Races and results.
- Shoes: km on each pair. See Track your shoes.
- One-rep max (1RM): shows when your plan has % 1RM gym loads. See One-rep max (1RM).
Fitness, fatigue and form
Every activity gets a training load from its time and how hard it was (heart rate, or your effort score).
- Fitness: your average daily load over the last 6 weeks.
- Fatigue: your average daily load over the last 7 days.
- Form: fitness minus fatigue. A low number means you're tired; a positive one means you're fresh.
The line under the numbers compares the last 7 days with a usual week.
Activities
Every activity from Garmin, uploaded files and manual logs, one month at a time. Use the arrows to change month and the filters for All, Running, Gym or Walks. Tap one to open it.
An activity
The activity page has Overview, Stats, Laps and Charts. If it was for a planned workout, you see the plan beside it, and interval reps are matched to the planned steps. At the bottom, Comments with your coach.
Good to know
- Charts fill in after your first run.
- Your coach sees the same Stats on your athlete page, within what you share.
