A gym workout is made of blocks, and each block holds exercises. You can type it or build it.
Type it
Write one exercise per line, the way you would on WhatsApp. For example:
- Squat 3x8
- Push ups 15x3
- Plank 3x45 sec
Use "or" for an alternative. Under Reads as you see what the app understood. Tap Edit in builder to fine-tune it.
Blocks
Tap + Block to add one. Give it a name and pick a format:
- Straight sets: finish all sets of one exercise first.
- Superset: alternate between the exercises.
- Circuit: go through every exercise once per round. Set the number of rounds.
Exercises in a superset or circuit are labelled A1, A2, B1 and so on.
Exercises
Tap + Exercise and start typing the name. Names from your exercise library are suggested.
Each row has a kind:
- Sets × reps: sets, reps (ranges like 8-10 or AMRAP are fine), load and rest in seconds.
- Timed hold: sets, hold time and rest, for planks and similar.
- Cardio: Run, Jog, Walk, Cycling, Rowing, Skipping or Cardio, in minutes, with an optional "HR below" limit.
- Free text: anything else, like stretching, with optional minutes.
Tap More on a row to add Each side, an easier option, an "or instead" swap, or a note.
Loads
Pick the load type for each exercise:
- kg (or lb): a fixed weight.
- % 1RM: a share of the athlete's one-rep max. Athletes with a 1RM saved see their own weight, rounded to a plate.
- RPE: effort out of 10.
- RIR: reps left in the tank.
- BW: bodyweight.
- —: no load.
Copy last week +2.5 kg
Tap Copy last week +2.5 kg to add 2.5 kg to every fixed-weight load in this workout. % 1RM, RPE and other loads stay as they are.
Good to know
- Every exercise needs a name, and every block needs at least one exercise, before you can save.
- Leave rest at 0 if you don't want to say anything about rest.
- Gym sessions stay in the app; they don't go to the watch.
